As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, Littlejohn Grain, Inc will do its part to mitigate the spread and severity of the situation. We are following the recommendations of our public health officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Our office is staffed, and we are still available for all of your marketing needs. For the safety of our employees, our customers, and the community, we are asking that we conduct ALL business over the phone. Checks can either be mailed, or can we can arrange for pick up. We enjoy our walk-in customers, but during this time, we feel it is necessary to limit personal contact.

Cattle Lost Expanded Limits -

Cattle futures closed at the expanded limit down mark on Thursday. April cattle options expire tomorrow and delivery against April futures in theory

Hogs Limit Lower at Close -

Lean hog futures closed down by as much as the expanded limits allowed for. The March 31 CME Lean Hog Index was $64.46, down 69 cents. The 04/02

Wheat Closes with Losses -

KC wheat, the most exported variety, was the weakest on Thursday, as May futures ended the session 11 cents weaker. May SRW wheat closed 8 1/2 cents

Corn futures fell back from midday gains and end the session mixed. The front months May and July futures ended lower, while Sept and Dec futures

Soybeans Closed Lower on Thursday -

Bean futures gave back midday gains and closed with losses of as much as 4 cents. Soymeal futures were down by $5.80/ton in May. Bean oil futures
